Rosemary has established a strong reputation for her work in ethics and professional responsibilities, representing solicitors and other professionals facing disciplinary action. She acts for the NSW Bar Association in disciplinary proceedings and appears in the Legal Services Division of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, Supreme Court of NSW and the Court of Appeal and the High Court. Rosemary also acts in general commercial litigation and mediation of disputes. She is an excellent mentor for the firm.
Rosemary is a Member of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists Human Research Ethics Committee. On 17 July 2013 the Governor approved Rosemary's appointment as a member of the Dental Council of New South Wales as constituted under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW). Her appointment is for a three year term.

Before joining Eakin McCaffery Cox Lawyers in 1991, Rosemary worked as a commercial lawyer and then at the Law Society of NSW as the manager of the Professional Conduct Department and as its solicitor in court proceedings. She was the author of a chapter on solicitors in the NSW section of Butterworths Forms and Precedents (Principles and Practice), 1993, and author of a chapter on solicitors in the Australian Encylopedia of Forms and Precedents (Admission and Practice Requirements), 1996.
